Join us for a night to remember. Several times a year the Cabernet Grill Texas Wine Country Restaurant in Fredericksburg teams up with a Texas Wine Maker to prepare a special vintner dinner. Each vintner dinner features a unique matching of five wines and five courses of food prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Ross Burtwell. The wine maker is on hand to speak a bit about each wine as the courses are served and fun is had by all. All this is served in a completely relaxed environment where you can learn a bit about wine and taste some great food. You do not need to worry about being intimidated for not knowing a great deal about wine, the idea is just to enjoy food and wine together.  We speak Texas wine here, No Wine Snobs Allowed!
